  • Are you closed on holidays?

    Commonwealth Premier Limousine operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


  • Can I book a vehicle per hour?

    Yes, $95 per hour minimum fee.


  • What cities does Commonwealth Premier Limousine operate in?

    Commonwealth Premier Limousine provides service in Virginia, North Carolina, and the District of Columbia.


  • Do you offer an event service?

    We offer VIP service to all our clients.  We will take you to any event or occasion in Virginia, North Carolina, and the District of Columbia.

  • What is the minimum time required to make a reservation?

    You can request a time/day anytime; however, it is advisable to let us know at your earliest convenience to assure availability.


  • When do I receive my booking confirmation?

    Immediately after calling or as soon as possible if request is emailed.


  • Where will my chauffeur meet me at airports?

    Commonwealth Premier Limousine will text client with a detailed location for pick-up. Because we respect client confidentiality, we do not use name boards, unless requested.  


  • How long does my chauffeur wait for me?

    Your driver will wait until otherwise advised; there is an additional fee for time beyond that which was scheduled.  


  • Who do we contact for the airport pickup?

    Your Chauffeur will text you 30 minutes prior to your agreed upon pick-up time.


  • Why do I need to enter my flight number?

    Your Chauffeur constantly checks your flight status for early/late arrival.


  • What vehicles do you offer?

    We offer a variety of luxury vehicles. 


  • Are your vehicles insured?

    Yes; Certificate of Liability Insurance available upon request 


  • Do you provide child safety seats?

    Because child safety seats come in different sizes to accommodate children of different ages, weights, and development needs, Commonwealth Premier Limousine does not provide child safety seats.  You will need to bring a child safety seat(s) for children traveling with you.


  • What if I forget something in a vehicle?

    Commonwealth Limousine will ship your left behind item(s) at your expense if you are not able to pick it up at the office.


  • Can I bring food and drinks into the car?

    Yes.

  • Are pets allowed inside the vehicles?

    Yes.  We ask that pets are fully vaccinated. You may be asked to provide proof of current vaccination records for your traveling pet. 


  • Is smoking allowed?

    Smoking is not allowed in vehicles; however, we will be happy to stop for a smoke break.


  • When will I receive the chauffeur’s contact information?

    You will receive contact information at the time of booking.  Should an unlikely change in driver occur, you will be notified promptly with the information.  You will be contacted 30 minutes prior to your departure or arrival time with the chauffeur’s information.


  • I want to make changes to my booking. What should I do?

    Please call us immediately with any changes to your original booking and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.


  • Am I charged for additional waiting time if my chauffeur arrives earlier than the pickup time?

    There is no charge if your driver arrives early. 


  • What is your cancelation policy?

    There will be a cancellation fee of one half of the original fee if cancelled within 24 hours.


  • What is your privacy policy?

    Complete discretion and confidentiality are promised and never compromised.


  • How can I make a complaint?

    With any complaint we prefer you contact us as soon as possible in order to resolve your concerns in a timely manner.


  • What forms of payment are accepted?

    All major credit cards are accepted for payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). We do not accept cash payment. 


  • Are the prices shown per person or per vehicle?

    The hourly rate is per vehicle.


  • When are payments due for services?

    Payment can be made ahead of time or at the end of your trip. 


  • Tipping

    A tip is built in the cost of the trip.  Your satisfaction is our top priority. Additional gratuity is appreciated for exceptional service, but is not expected. 


  • Is there an overtime charge if I go past my reservation?

    Yes, there will be a fee for every 15 minutes over reserved time.

    15 minutes = $23.75

    30 minutes = $37.50

    45 minutes = $71.25


  • When will I receive my payment receipt?

    Client will receive a payment receipt within 48 hours of completed trip.


  • Alcohol

    Commonwealth Premier Limousine does not provide alcoholic beverages. Passengers are responsible for providing and consuming alcoholic beverages in accordance with applicable laws. Alcohol consumption in permitted for passengers aged 21 and over. Absolutely no underage drinking is allowed in Commonwealth Premier Limousine vehicles. We are not liable for any injuries, damages or accidents resulting from alcohol consumption.
